You may reserve your Hotel room while registering for the Workshop. You will find a form for Hotel reservation in the online registration form.
When connecting to our online registration form you will be asked to fill in a form with your personal data, as required by the Italian law for the treatment of personal data. After submission of such information you will receive a username and password to proceed with your registration.
When selecting the registration fee (Regular or Student or Accompanying person) the system will automatically display the correct fee on the basis of the current date.
When booking your Hotel room, only the Hotels where rooms are still available will appear in the list of options.

Each Regular Registration will cover a maximum of two abstract submissions.
Each Student Registration will cover only one abstract submission.
Regular and Student Registrations include admission to all scientific sessions, personal badge, abstract book, coffee break, get-together lunch, and tea break.
Accompanying person Registration includes personal badge, coffee break, get-together lunch, and tea break.
Payment
It will be possible to pay the Registration fees by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card.
Credit card information will be asked during Hotel room reservation uniquely as a guarantee. Participants will pay directly to the Hotel when checking out. Credit cards will not be charged unless participants with a Hotel reservation will not show up on check in date.
Cancellation
The 50 % of the registration fee will be reimbursed for cancellations occurring until 20 March 2009. The reimbursement will be given through bank transfer after the workshop.
Cancellation occurring after 21 March 2009 will imply no reimbursement of the registration fee.
Liability
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, social program and of all other information provided in this announcement.
Neither the organizers nor Athena Congressi Organisation are liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons are attending the workshop and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility.
