A number of hotel rooms have been reserved for the Workshop participants at the Hotels listed below. We recommend an early room booking. Reservations will be processed in order of receipt of registration form.

When booking your Hotel room, only the Hotels where rooms are still available will appear in the list of options. If the Hotel of your choice is fully booked, you may choose another Hotel or you can contact the Registration  Secretariat for assistance.

Credit card information will be asked during Hotel room reservation uniquely as a guarantee. Delegates will pay directly to the Hotel when checking out. Credit cards will not be charged unless delegates with a Hotel reservation will not show up on check in date.

You can also reserve a seat on the shuttle bus to and from the Workshop Venue while registering.

Cancellation

Cancellations of Hotel reservation occurring between 7 March 2009 and 27 March 2009 will imply that the entire cost of Hotel reservation will be reimbursed except the cost of one night.
Cancellations of Hotel reservation occurring between after March 27 will imply that the entire cost of Hotel reservation will not be reimbursed.
